MOVEWYSE is a community of customers and independent drivers. These guidelines exist so everyone can have a safe, respectful experience.
Respectful behaviour
Treat everyone you meet on MOVEWYSE with courtesy. Discrimination, harassment or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated.
Anti-harassment
Abuse, hate speech, sexual harassment or intimidation. in messages, calls or in person. results in immediate action against the account.
Anti-spam
Do not send unsolicited promotional messages, bulk messages or repeated identical contact attempts.
Fraud prevention
- No fake jobs, fake quotes or fake reviews.
- No staged disputes to extract refunds or damage payouts.
- No collusion between accounts to manipulate ratings or pricing.
No sharing of personal contact details
Keep job conversations inside MOVEWYSE's messaging. Do not exchange phone numbers, emails or social handles to take the conversation off-platform.
No advertising external businesses
Do not use MOVEWYSE messaging, profiles or reviews to promote other businesses, websites or services.
No off-platform solicitation
Drivers must not encourage customers to book future jobs outside MOVEWYSE. Customers must not pressure drivers to transact off-platform.
Consequences
- Warning for minor first-time breaches.
- Temporary restrictions for repeat or moderate breaches.
- Permanent removal for serious breaches, fraud or safety risks.
