Controller: Movewyse Ltd ("MoveWyse").
Cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage) are small files or data stored on your device when you use www.movewyse.com. They let the site work and remember your choices.
Session and login tokens: keeping you signed in and your account secure. Set as soon as you sign in. Strictly necessary, no consent needed.
Device identifier: powers the "your devices" feature in account settings, so you can see and manage which devices are signed in. Only created the first time you sign in, never for an anonymous visitor. No consent needed, it is created as part of using a feature of your account, not before you have one.
Theme preference (light/dark): remembers your display preference. Functional and low risk, no consent needed.
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies of any kind today, and nothing is set before you make any choice or before you sign in.
Because nothing we currently set requires your consent under the rules above, the notice you see on first visit is informational: it tells you what's used and links to this page, rather than asking you to choose between accept and reject. If that ever changes, for example if we add analytics, we will add a real consent choice at that point, with accept and reject given equal weight, before anything non-essential is set.
You can dismiss the notice at any time, and you can control cookies and local storage through your own browser settings. Doing so will not stop you using the core service, though it may affect features like staying signed in.
For how we use the personal data referenced above, see our Privacy Policy. Questions: hello@movewyse.com.
