Transport Provider Agreement

You provide your services as an independent business on your own account. You are not an employee, worker, partner or agent of MoveWyse, and nothing in this agreement creates any such relationship. MoveWyse is a technology platform that introduces you to potential customers; it does not employ or engage you to perform transport work.

You decide whether to bid on any job, and you set your own price (the amount you wish to receive). You decide when, where and how often you work, and which jobs to accept or decline. You provide your own vehicle, equipment and tools. You may, where practical and lawful, arrange for a suitably qualified substitute to carry out a job you have accepted. You are free to provide the same services to others, including off the Platform.

You are responsible for: your own taxes, National Insurance and any VAT; holding valid driving licences, vehicle documents, and adequate insurance (including goods-in-transit and liability cover as appropriate); your legal right to work; complying with all laws applicable to your services; and the safety, quality and completion of every job you take. You invoice and collect the job fee from the customer directly, in your own way.

You bid the amount you wish to receive. MoveWyse adds its deposit (a percentage) which the customer pays to MoveWyse to secure the job. You receive your full bid amount directly from the customer; MoveWyse does not handle, hold or deduct from the customer's payment to you.

To keep the marketplace trusted, your identity is verified by Veriff, a third-party identity verification provider, which checks a photo of your face against your driving licence, including a liveness check. This involves your facial biometric data, and we only carry out this check with your explicit, separate consent at the time, as described in our Privacy Policy. You also agree to provide accurate insurance documents (vehicle insurance, goods in transit, and public liability) and to keep them current. Insurance documents are reviewed with the help of an automated tool, but no document is approved or rejected without final confirmation, and if a document is automatically flagged as not recognised, you can appeal or re-submit it rather than being left without a path forward.

When you register, we record that you accepted this agreement, along with the version and the date and time, so there is a clear record of what you agreed to.

Ratings, badges and tier status are features of the Platform that reflect your track record. They are status indicators only and confer no employment or contractual entitlement.

You are responsible for any loss or claim arising from your services, and you indemnify MoveWyse against claims arising from your work or your breach of this agreement. MoveWyse's liability to you is limited as set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Either party may end this relationship at any time. MoveWyse may suspend or remove drivers who breach this agreement, the Acceptable Use Policy, or who attempt to circumvent the deposit.
